Arctic Wild: Booking Forms
Click below to download our booking materials in PDF form. The documents which need to be mailed to us can be printed and filled out by hand or filled out using Acrobat and then mailed. Of immediate importance is the "Reservation Form" which needs to be returned to us with your $500 deposit to secure your spot on the trip. The "Rental Request Form" and "Participant Agreement" need to be returned with your final payment 60 days prior to the start of your trip.
